No GPS data, most online apps and web sites strip out the location information, try a picture that was sent to you directly from a mobile device with Geo Tagging enabled.

iPhone or iPad (iOS):

• Open the Settings app.
• Select on Privacy.
• Select on Location Services.
• Select on Camera, set the value to “While using the app”.
